OH HEY YOUNG’UN

i’m still vomiting rainbows. can’t believe. meet yer newest writer of STACHE Magazine.♥
Today’s a good day. :)
First, I went “city-hopping” with Marian. Yeah, sorry for the term but it’s my first time to actually go these many places in a day. After having our log sheets signed at our Broadway office, we commuted to Cubao to get a bus that was supposed to take us directly to TV5’s Novaliches HQ. Since buses en route to Nova were scarce and we were on a “tight” sched, Munoz was the next best option; from Munoz, we hailed an FX going to Novaliches.
I can’t remember the last time I was at the Nova office so it was nostalgic to be there again. Anywaaaay, we waited for Cholo before heading up to the HR department to get our certificates. The fishballs we ate afterwards left me thirsty so I dragged my friends to the canteen. Cholo was (surprisingly) generous today, he bought our drinks and even shared fish crackers with us (If you know Cholo, you’d understand). After letting our “moment” at the Nova office sink in, we got in the FX and found ourselves going home from there for the last time.
Since I didn’t want Anzel to go through the trouble of going to Novaliches just to fetch me, we compromised and met halfway. The travel back home was long and sticky because of the heat. He didn’t stick around much though; we both have separate plans the next day.
I got a text from Kim and a call from Obe telling me to show up at Seph’s E.Rod condo by 8pm. Mika was coming too and she wanted her phone back since she left it at our house in Cavite. I got there past 8 and couldn’t resist the urge to climb up the condo’s rooftop which actually serves as our “home/zombie apocalypse HQ” from time to time. Transferred to Jollibee and decided to head home by 11.
Too bad Stephen and the others weren’t there.
Unplanned sessions. Fun. :)
*The picture, btw, was taken a long time ago. As of now, the construction site at the bottom is almost as tall as the rooftop. Ah, progress. <3
E. ROD. WHY WAS I NOT HERE?
